Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-06-24
אדיר ביטון operates EasySign and works to make the service accessible in line with Israeli Standard 5568 (based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA) and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility), 5773-2013.
Conformance status
The website and service are partially conformant. We improve accessibility on an ongoing basis. The last code review was in June 2026; full manual testing with screen readers and 200% zoom is not yet complete.
What is implemented
Including:
- Skip-to-content links in the admin UI and signing page
- Accessible dialogs with focus trapping
- Form labels with aria-describedby
- Focus-visible styling, prefers-reduced-motion support
- RTL support for Hebrew and Arabic
- Keyboard alternatives for signature placement on the signing page
- eslint-plugin-jsx-a11y and automated axe tests on auth pages in CI
Known limitations
We are working to improve:
- Signature canvas — primarily touch/mouse; keyboard alternatives exist but are less intuitive
- Color contrast: some slate-500 text may be borderline
- Signing page metadata (title) is Hebrew-only; UI language follows the browser
- PDF field editor in admin — complex for screen readers
- Landing V2 — hardcoded Hebrew content
Browsers
Tested on recent versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Use an up-to-date browser.
